If your email and password are not accepted, work through this checklist:

1. Make sure there are no typos or extra spaces in the email address and that Caps Lock is off.
2. Use the Forgot password link on the sign-in page. We will email you a reset link — it is valid for a limited time, so use it right away.
3. If you originally registered via VK ID or Yandex, use the same social sign-in button instead of the password form.
4. The reset email may land in spam — check that folder too.

If none of this helps, write to support@realityscan.ru from the email address your account is registered to, and we will restore access.
