These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern the use of the website https://realityscan.ru (the "Website") — a digital goods online store administered by RealityScan LLC (ООО «РЕАЛИТИСКАН», TIN 3906394695, PSRN 1203900011677, registered address: 2 Ozernaya St., apt. 74, Kaliningrad, Kaliningrad Region, 236029, Russia; the "Administration").

By using the Website, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with the Terms, stop using the Website.

1. Purpose of the Website

1.1. The Website is intended for the sale of digital goods: 3D models, point clouds, LiDAR scanning data, orthophoto maps, digital elevation and terrain models, textures, drawings, object inspection reports, and other digital materials, as well as for publishing information about 3D scanning services.

1.2. Purchases of digital goods are made under the terms of the Public Offer. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

2. User Account

2.1. Registration is required to place orders and access the "Downloads" section. When registering, the user must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

2.2. The user is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for all actions performed under their account.

2.3. Registration is allowed only for persons who have reached 18 years of age.

2.4. The Administration may suspend or delete an account in case of violation of these Terms or detection of fraudulent activity.

3. Rules of Conduct

3.1. When using the Website, it is prohibited to:

  • violate the legislation of the Russian Federation or the rights of third parties;
  • impersonate another person or provide false information;
  • attempt unauthorized access to the Website, other users' accounts, or data;
  • use automated data collection tools (parsers, bots) without the written consent of the Administration;
  • upload malicious software, post spam or unapproved advertising;
  • copy, reproduce, or distribute Website materials, including descriptions, images, and previews of digital goods, without the rights holder's permission;
  • interfere with the operation of the Website or create excessive load on its infrastructure.

3.2. It is prohibited to post insults, false information, or unlawful materials in comments, reviews, and inquiries.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1. All Website materials (design, texts, graphics, logos, program code, photo and video materials, previews of digital goods) are protected by intellectual property law and belong to the Administration or other rights holders.

4.2. Rights to purchased digital goods are transferred to the extent defined by the Public Offer and the license terms specified on the product page.

4.3. Any use of Website materials beyond the granted rights is allowed only with the prior written consent of the rights holder.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1. The Website is provided "as is". The Administration takes reasonable measures to ensure uninterrupted operation of the Website but does not guarantee the absence of technical failures and interruptions, including those related to maintenance.

5.2. The Administration is not responsible for the content of external websites that may be linked from the Website.

5.3. The Administration is not liable for losses arising from the user's violation of these Terms or from using the Website in ways not provided for by its functionality.

6. Changes to the Terms

6.1. The Administration may amend these Terms unilaterally. The new version takes effect upon publication on the Website.

6.2. Continued use of the Website after publication of the new version constitutes the user's acceptance of the changes.
