The 3D model of the PF‑70D group of suspended insulators is intended for use in computer-aided design (CAD) systems in the development of power transmission lines, substations and other energy facilities. The model is designed as a solid geometry with a correct topology, which allows it to be used not only for the production of drawings and specifications, but also for engineering calculations: strength, aerodynamic, mounting loads and collision analysis.

The geometry strictly complies with the technical requirements and standard drawings: the structural elements of the insulators (porcelain/glass part, caps, rods, connection points in a garland), seating and connection dimensions are taken into account. This is critical for proper docking with fittings, traverses, and power poles.
