How to cancel an order, request a refund

There are two ways to cancel an order (goods, product) that you placed in the cart when choosing or intending to buy. Let's say you made a mistake or changed your mind, then you need to:

1. Cancellation of an order placed in the cart (this method implies the case when you have not yet made a payment for the specified product), occurs by clicking on the "Remove" button on the page of your cart. After this action, the product (order) that you placed in the cart is deleted (canceled).

2. Cancellation of the order for which you have already made payment for the product (goods) occurs by going to the "Refund" page in the top menu of the user's drop-down list. At the same time, you need to:

  • Submit an application by clicking on the "SUBMIT REFUND REQUEST" button;
  • In the window that appears, select from the drop-down list the name of product for which you want to refund or cancel the order;
  • In the field "Why do you want a refund? Explain in detail." Describe the reason for returning the product or canceling the order;
  • If you are convinced of your actions and intentions, click on the "Submit" button.

After all the above actions, your application will appear in the "Refund Requests" field, you need to wait for the application status to change to positive or negative. If the status does not change for a long time, which violates the "Public offer" of the SHOPPING ONLINE international trading platform, we ask you to contact us by leaving a ticket (appeal), we will try to respond promptly to the situation.
