Orders & Refunds

You can check any order in Dashboard → Orders. Since all our products are digital, there is no shipping stage:

• Awaiting payment — the order is created but not paid yet.
• Payment received — the payment is confirmed and the files are already available in Downloads.
• Completed — the order is finished; the files remain available in your account.

Normally the whole process takes a couple of minutes. If the payment went through but the order is still awaiting payment after 15–20 minutes, contact support@realityscan.ru with the order number.
