I Can't Sign In to My Account

If you are unable to log in to your account, the first thing you should do is identify the reason. There may be several such, such as:

  • You entered the password with the wrong language layout (you need to switch the keyboard language to the one that was used when registering an account or logging in);
  • You enter or have entered a password with the CapsLock pressed when registering or logging in to your account (so your password has all capital letters, so try logging in to your account again without CapsLock);
  • Your password was changed by you earlier (try to remember the changed password and try to log in again) if there is no result, contact technical support or first try to restore the password;
  • Your email account has been hacked to which your account is registered in our system, therefore, theft and password change occurred (we recommend contacting technical support and reporting the problem and describing your actions), while our specialists will promptly try to help you;
  • When registering your account, you could not notice the input of a random letter, number or symbol or pressed CapsLock (we recommend trying to restore the password through the "Forgot password?" function and change to a new one).
